Why I built it
It annoyed me how easy it is to be an "AI expert" on football after the fact. I wanted to test the opposite: let the AI say what it thinks before the match, lock the forecast, and show in black and white afterwards how it actually went.
How it's built
The idea is a small autonomous football newsroom. The AI analyses matches, publishes forecasts before kickoff, and the result is stored so the model can't rewrite history afterwards. Much of it is built agent-driven, with a focus on the process being able to run fairly independently.
The hardest part
Not building yet another site that just spits out AI tips. The interesting part is the transparency, and being able to measure whether the model is actually any good over time. That means the data, the timing and the history all have to work properly.
Up next
More data, and above all a longer history. One forecast says almost nothing, but after hundreds or thousands of matches it starts to get interesting to see what AI is actually good and bad at.
